Board hip plunges are perfect for apprentices attempting to reinforce the abs.
Start in a push-up position with your elbows on the ground while laying on your lower arms. Keep your arms at a 90-degree edge.
Curve your retreat marginally.
Raise your glutes toward the roof, crushing your abs firmly to close the separation between your ribcage and hips.
Let down to the beginning position.
